A safe space to let go, gain insight, and reset on all levels.

This deeply restorative healing experience is for anyone who is stressed, exhausted, in pain, or feeling lost and unsure of what comes next.

Guided by Kate (retreat owner, yoga teacher & sound healer) and Sheena (Reiki Master & Clinical Hypnotherapist), this session supports the release of stored trauma, triggers, emotional residue, and physical tension — helping the nervous system reset and the body return to safety. You’ll also gain insight into how the body, emotions, and memories work together for protection, and how to move forward.

We begin by creating a sacred, supportive space for intention-setting, then journey through sound healing combined with Reiki, guided hypnotherapy, and energy clearing. (please let us know if you are sensitive to the use of white sage or palo santo).

Sound healing uses frequency and vibration to calm the nervous system, reduce pain and shift the brain into deeply restorative states, while Reiki supports relaxation, energy flow and balance. Clinical hypnotherapy gently accesses the subconscious to reprocess stress and old survival patterns.

As space is created through release and relaxation, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your inner wisdom, receive clarity, and set intentions for the path ahead.

✨ Reiki healing and Training ✨

Ive been a reiki practitioner for over 20 years and over the past couple of months I was blessed with the opportunity to travel to Bali and complete my Reiki Master Level Training 🌟I’m now officially qualified not only to practice Reiki, but also to teach and attune others who feel called to begin their own healing journey. 🌿💛

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that supports the body, mind, spirit, and emotional wellbeing. It can help to:

• Release stress and tension
• Clear emotional blockages
• Support healing and pain management
• Lift heavy or stagnant energy
• Increase clarity, calm, and balance

Now as a Reiki Master, I am also able to use the Master symbols to work on a deeper level — including releasing karmic ties, supporting past life healing, and offering what is known as psychic surgery (the removal of energetic cords, attachments, and blockages that no longer serve your highest good).

Interested in losing some weight or creating healthier choices? Hypnotherapy has proven to have a great success rate. At times people can be reluctant to try hypnosis as they think they aren't in control, but further from the truth, hypnosis is a gentle technique, like an extremely relaxing meditation where you can receive great clarity and control over your life.
