We don’t want you coming back for unnecessary visits with no real end in sight. When you visit our health clinic, we work to make sure you are healthy and free from pain quickly as possible. We build long term relationships with our clients, helping you to minimize injury and get back to doing the things you love. You can expect us to be honest, give you straight-forward, easy to follow advice, and help you stay motivated towards achieving your health goals. No need for a referral. The clinic is Southern Cross and Careway affiliated for your convenience. Velca was established in 2011 and is a locally owned health clinic in Howick, East Auckland with 10 practitioners and supportive staff. A big welcome to Jo! 💙

Jo has joined the Velca team this week as our new receptionist, and we’re so excited to have her on board. She’s already settling in well and helping keep everything running smoothly at the front desk.

As one of the first faces you’ll see when you walk through the door, Jo will be there to greet you, help with bookings, and make your experience at Velca as easy and comfortable as possible.

A great learning session for the Velca Team this month 👏🩻🤍

We were lucky to be joined by Deputy Chief Medical Officer and radiologist, Dr Clarke Baker and Practice Manager, Jen Petrie from Beyond Radiology, who shared insights into their new Highbrook practice and New Zealand’s first EOS Edge ultra-low dose 2D & 3D imaging system — capturing images in an upright position for a more functional and accurate view of movement, with less radiation compared to regular x-rays.

At Velca, we often refer patients for imaging such as ultrasound and X-rays, and it’s great to connect our patients with trusted providers like .

We can help organise referrals and guide you in the right direction ✨
