Kia ora koutou. A class in Huia could potentially start running again. Perhaps a Saturday or Sunday morning. Who might be interested and what days and times do people prefer?

I see there have been a few peeks at this page. Unfortunately I'm still not teaching night classes. Closer to summer perhaps. There is good yoga at French bay and titirangi beach hall. Also check out the laingholm hall cos I think there is yoga there too!

Hi all,
I hope your all well and enjoying this beautiful summer.
I'm sorry to say that there are no classes running this term but keep an eye out. When I do have a few free weeks I will do some block classes eg 3x weeks of classes (2prr week). More of an intensive structure.
But basically I have too much on. Arohamai koutou. Sorry everyone

Hi all, sorry class is cancelled. I'm a bit run down and I thought I'd be fine to teach, but I keep having dizzy spells so I'm gonna have to cancel class. I hope you all manage to see this. I will post on the website too but please spread the word. Numbers have been low on Thursday so it's not worth getting a reliever. I hope you understand.

Woohoo thank you Maegan for taking two wonderful classes while I was away. It's great to be back and moving with you all again. Newcomers come and experience a fun class and get yourself ready for summer.

Great first class for term 4. Well done and good on you for coming to class. Remember Exercise doesn't have to be hard and a weekly practice will have your body responding with a smile as you strengthen and lengthen. Every week will get easier. Most people feel pretty overwhelmed when they first start exercising, but once it's in your life you'll notice the difference not only in your body, but in your being. Xx

HI All,
Bodyfitmovement classes begin again tomorrow at 7.30pm - 9.00pm at the huia hall. Bring a bottle of water and a mat or towel and spread the word.

Lets give our bodies some well deserved attention and prepare ourselves for a fantastic summer. Remember to drink water during the day and eat a balanced diet to prepare you for your class and to strengthen yourself in life.

Hope your having a good break! Just a reminder for the term 3 dates. Classes begin on Monday 21st July and last class is Thursday 25th Sept. Spread the word and bring some friends along. 1st day of term is the way to begin! See you then!
