And then the moment comes. And you react anyway.

That gap, between knowing and actually changing, is not a sign that you are broken. It is not a sign that you haven't done enough work.

It is a sign that the work has been happening in the wrong place.

Your patterns don't live in your understanding of them. They live in your nervous system. In the place your body braces before you've even had a chance to think.

Is it the freeze? The automatic yes when everything in you wanted to say no?

Talking about it reaches your mind.

Your body is still waiting.

That is where the Body-Led Journey begins. Not with more understanding on its own. With the body. With what is actually there.

If you have been doing the work and still find yourself back in the same place, it is not because change isn't available to you.

It is because you haven't gone where the pattern actually lives.

I went to Raglan today to film this for you.

Sat on a bench for an hour. Looked at the water. Let myself actually exhale.
And I thought about you the whole time.

Because that's what I want for you. Not the idea of rest. The actual feeling of it, in your body, without having to work so hard to get there.

So much of what we carry isn't even ours. It's the expectations we inherited. The patterns passed down through family, through culture, through generations of women who never got to rest either.

Your nervous system learned to brace. Your inner child learned to be good, to be quiet, to keep going.

This work is about gently unwinding that. Regulating your nervous system. Freeing yourself from what was never yours to carry in the first place.

I've just finished running my group hypnosis programme and I'm extracting the hypnosis part of the recordings from those live sessions into something you can move through in your own time, from home.

You stay frozen at your desk, staring at the screen, trying to force productivity or fix the emotion before you are allowed to move on.

But sometimes the shift is much simpler than that.

Stand up. Move rooms. Walk outside. Make a cup of tea. Sit in the sun for five minutes.

You do not always need to solve the feeling. Sometimes your body is just asking for movement.

Energy likes motion. Your body often knows what it needs before your mind catches up.

Feeling angry?

One of my clients recently reached out after finishing my six-week program because she'd noticed some anger coming up again.

And this is something I think is really important to talk about.

So many women think healing means they should never feel anger, frustration, sadness, or overwhelm again. Like if those feelings come back, it must mean they're back where they started.

But that's not how it works.

The shift isn't that you never feel anger again.

The shift is that you notice it sooner. You understand what's underneath it. You know how to support yourself through it rather than feeling completely swallowed by it.

We slowed it down together and walked through a few simple steps to diffuse what she was feeling in the moment.

At the end she said, “Oh my gosh, thank you for actually walking me through that and letting me do that myself. I could really feel the shift.”

That's what matters.

Not becoming someone who never feels anything difficult again, but becoming someone who knows what to do when those feelings come.

Because there's a big difference between feeling anger and feeling powerless inside and being able to shift it.

Intuition doesn't arrive as a big lightning bolt.

It's this feeling in your heart, the sentence that keeps repeating in your mind.
Tightness in your stomach every time you think about something, or this image that keeps coming back to you.

Your body speaks and wants you to start listening.

When I work with women, I am not here to tell them who they are or what they should do.

I am here to help them notice what they already know.

Because, their body knew long before their mind caught up. 🤍

We are not meant to do everything alone.

W as humans, naturally gather in groups. Around fires, around tables, in circles. There is something in us that opens when we realise other people are carrying similar things.

You might walk into a group holding tension, overthinking, telling yourself you should have it all figured out by now.

Then someone across the room shares something that sounds so familiar.

You witness the way they shut down, get irritated quickly and how they hold everything together for everyone else.

This is the moment your body realises it is not just you.

You are not the only one carrying old patterns that still show up today.

That is where you feel seen and heard, Starting to listen to your own body and something is finally allowed to shift.

You realise your body doesn't have to protect you in the same way.

You begin to feel safer in your body. Soften and finally open for the change you have been asking for.

This is the time, when the body feels safe enough, to dive into the deeper work. Allowing change and shifts to happen naturally and easily.

Hey, a couple of months ago I posted here asking for women to share their struggles with me.

So many of you shared that you'd been overriding yourselves for years. Pushing through. Ignoring what your body is trying to tell you.

I was planning a live hypnosis program and wanted to truly understand what you were going through in that moment. I've now run the beta program and I have the hypnosis replays (excluding the shares from the participants).

I want to make it fully accessible and self-paced, so you can move through it in your own time, from home.

I've gathered the hypnosis recordings from my 6-week program, A Body-Led Journey of Soul Remembering, into a pre-recorded program you can listen to at your own pace.

Intuition is learning to trust yourself.

Trusting the image that drops in, the feeling in your body.
It will keep coming back to, even when it doesn't make sense yet.

When I work with women through Reiki and intuitive guidance, I often SEE things, FEEL things, or SENSE things that end up being exactly what they needed to hear in that very moment.

I'm not trying to tell them who they are, I'm guiding them to start listening to their body.

Because their body is already shouting.

So much of this work is slowing down enough to listen and trusting that what you are feeling is there for a reason. Your body already knows.

THIS is more than a new look. It feels like a reflection of who I am and the work I do.

The mountain in the logo feels important to me because nature is where I come back to myself. Forests, mountains, walking, moving, breathing. That is where I notice more of what is happening in my body.

I talk a lot about body-led listening, because so many of us move through life disconnected from ourselves.

Who am I right now?
What can I feel?
What is my body trying to tell me?

Often it is hard to listen when life feels noisy.

Sometimes it is easier to hear yourself when you are walking through nature, moving your body, slowing down, and creating space to come back to yourself.

This logo feels like all of that wrapped into one little mountain peak. ⛰️
