Imagine this.

You wake up and your shoulders are not already halfway to your ears.
Your breath reaches the bottom of your lungs without you forcing it.
Your chest feels open instead of guarded.
Your belly softens because it no longer needs to brace for something that hasn’t even happened yet.

Imagine moving through your day steady.
Not hyper-vigilant.
Not reacting from old triggers.
Not carrying emotions that were never fully yours to begin with.

This is the work we do inside my Body-Led Journey.

We don’t mindset our way out of it.
We don’t pile on more tools.

We listen to the body.
We use hypnosis to gently uncover where the tension, the heaviness, the looping patterns began. Sometimes it’s childhood. Sometimes it’s generational. Sometimes it’s something your nervous system has held for so long it feels like part of your personality.

And then, together, we release what no longer needs to live in your muscles, your chest, your gut.

A mirror of your energy in real time.

People often ask me, “What actually happens in a Reiki session?”

Honestly, it’s not something you can fully explain, it’s something you experience.

When you’re on the table, I’m tuning in completely.

Your body starts communicating in ways that go far beyond words.

I feel sensations, see visions, and my own body moves in response to the energy that’s shifting.

I’m reading your energy, the patterns, emotions, and stories that sit beneath the surface.

Your nervous system starts to show me what’s ready to be released, what’s craving balance, and what’s ready to awaken.

Sometimes it’s past life’s, family patterns or shock that’s stored in your body from accidents or trauma.

As I write down what I see and feel, I scribe what comes through.

The act of writing deepens the message, anchors the insight, and often adds another layer to what’s unfolding.

It’s part of the healing, a mirror of your energy in real time.

This isn’t about me fixing you.

It’s about allowing your body’s intelligence to speak and giving it the space to realign itself.
