I’ll be away next week from Thursday to Sunday, soaking in something really special.

I’m heading up to Auckland for the Morph Festival, a beautiful four-day wellness gathering, and I honestly can’t wait to be part of it. Already prepared my go to workshops 💛

Thank you so much for having me in your space, it was such a special experience.

Today I had the opportunity to share yoga and mindfulness with the students at TK College.

There’s something really powerful about seeing these practices introduced to young people. Creating moments for them to slow down, connect with their bodies, and feel a sense of calm within themselves… that matters more than we often realise.

This isn’t surface-level mindset work.

It’s not about “thinking more positively.”

It’s about noticing where emotions live in your body.

Through guided hypnosis, gentle nervous system work, and deep inner inquiry, we begin to see what you’re carrying, where it came from, and what you’re ready to shift. Working on intentional repatterning.
