A little loving update ✨

From 1 March 2026, there will be a small increase in my massage prices, due to the rising cost of everything and to continue supporting the care, energy, and quality I pour into each session 🤍
I always do my very best to keep my offerings as affordable and accessible as possible, while still honouring the sustainability of my work.
For now, all healing sessions will remain at their current prices.

I’m really excited to see what this year brings ✨

During my break, some weird and wonderful things happened. To share one, I had an astral travelling experience where I fully left my body while wide awake. It hasn’t happened in a few years, and when it does, I know my body and spirit are moving through deep shifts and recalibration 🕊

Because of this, I feel called this year to share more of my own practices and lived experiences, and how they naturally weave into my work and the way I hold space.

This year feels like one of focus and creation. Personally, I already have a number of retreats and personal development experiences lined up, alongside ongoing study to deepen my practice around the menstrual cycle and cyclical living, all of which continues to refine and expand my work 🌹
