Located in a small market town at the foot of stunningly beautiful Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Since 2008, we have been modelling a new approach that is spreading far and wide. This includes remote Maasai lands where there is no access to medical treatment. We have a total of 16 outreach clinics. Today HHA has 19 clinics, offers basic homeopathic training to remote areas and is helping over 20,000 local people.
