The most grounded you feel is when you listen to your core hearts truth, when you follow your heart, when you lead from the heart.

To tap into your core hearts truth, wear green, carry green crystals, soak in the natural world of greenery—grass, trees, flowers, bush, parks and reserves. Think green—imagine a bright green light coming from your heart centre moving out beyond the body forming a green bubble as wide as your auric field (as far as your arms can reach in all directions). Only love can pierce through into that bubble and only love from you can reach beyond it, to infinite possibilities. Expand the heart through meditation. Bring the Mind and Heart into coherence. Connect through the heart to people, places and things.

The heart is full in this moment, be intentionally in the moment, present. Fill your cup with what ever nurtured you. Fill others cup through genuine open connections, hold space with love for one another.

Love may well be entering your sphere and yes it could be a counterpart, a new love or a reignition in love; it could be self love with inner alignment of masculine and feminine energies; it could be relishing in the abundance of natures love; however this transpires it’s a time to really anchor into this heart full feeling, this feeling may be fleeting so make the most of its essence in presence.

Holy Toledo!!! This is the birth of something amazing! Something New and heart fulfilling. This could be the actual planning of a pregnancy, becoming impregnated, patiently growing and nurturing this baby inside of the human, or animal, body and then crowning!!! The actual birth! Of course this same process of pregnancy is also symbolic of new beginnings and birthing anything new in your life. So if it isn’t an actual new born baby, read on….

We’ve had the challenge of patiently planning something that has been deeply purposeful heart lead learning. You’ve planted the seed of what we intentionally seek to manifest and now we move into a phase of patients, quiet, peace, if you’re skilled in patience that is.

If not then this part will be uncomfortable for you. Maybe save this and return to read again as a reminder that you’re in a divine waiting period and to trust the divine timing of this seed you’ve sown. It is growing.

In this waiting period continue to nurture this thing that you seek to grow and become, a manifestation in your physical experience. Remain present when you get swept away of wanting this here and now now now. Meditate, take a relaxing salt bath, do whatever brings you peace.

The biggest challenge or the biggest gift here is that the answers to shifting this further ahead lies in meditation, in peace of mind, in the space in-between this world and beyond.

Ideas you require for movement and the next steps in this come to you when the mind and heart are in coherence.

So, if you’re not skilled in patience this is a challenge, do not give up at the first hurdle. When I first began meditating I used guided meditation and my mind was really in control, for quite sometime. Thankfully I stuck with it regardless and I learned not to get frustrated with my mind, instead to observe it, to allow the thoughts to pass like clouds moving in the sky. The meditative calm of the blue sky was always there, even with the thought clouds moving by. More and more the blue sky became more and more evident to me. I began to see a difference in myself and in my surroundings, even in the people around me.

If you are skilled in patience then this will be nothing new to you. And if you’re somewhere in-between like me, because my mind can be full throttle ADHD overdrive, and other days I feel like I’m floating in a peaceful harmonious mind, body, heart and soul.

So keep strengthening that meditative muscle with me and we’ll keep being pleasantly surprised and moving deeper into a Knowing that just simply cannot be denied. And if this is just the beginning for you, everyone has got to start somewhere, starting is a huge accomplishment, don’t give up, stick with it, trust the process, and you’ll learn to trust yourself.

There’s so much that will come from this, so much potential. I know this from my own experience and from my latest move into a beautiful space to expand my own meditative practices and to strengthen all of my Clair muscles 💪.

The most exciting part is now crowning, birthing, moving into your physical experience. Eek exciting, here comes an experience that fills your heart and brings you closer to the creator through this beautiful creation. Could you feel any fuller in the ALL IS ONE LOVE feels, bliss 😘. OMG it’s the “Bliss Kiss”💋 kissed by an Angel 👼. Whaaaat!

Trust the unseen growth. What you are nurturing in patience today is preparing to bloom in divine timing tomorrow.
