We’re really happy to be hosting the upcoming Well Child & Whānau Day, a free community event created to support tamariki and their whānau. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space where you can pop in for helpful health checks, friendly kōrero, and family‑focused activities.

If you’re around, come along this Saturday 14 March, anytime between 10:00am and 1:00pm at 190 Forth Street. It’s a great chance to connect, ask questions, and make the most of the services available on the day.

Nau mai, haere mai - everyone’s welcome 💚

CPR & First Aid for Whānau 💙

Next Monday at 6pm we’re hosting a free two-hour session designed to give parents, grandparents and caregivers the confidence to respond in an emergency. The focus is on pēpi and tamariki, with practical kōrero around CPR, using an AED, and what to do if your little one is choking, having a seizure, or facing common injuries and illnesses.

You’ll also learn the important signs to watch for in conditions like RSV, meningitis and anaphylaxis, as well as who to call and where to turn when you need help.

This is about making sure our whānau feel prepared, supported, and ready for the unexpected.
