ROMIROMI 💚
I am inviting bookings!
When you walk in the door, know this.
I hold this space with you from a place of HIHA, which means humbleness, integrity, gratitude, and honouring you.
As we begin, I may welcome you with a short kōrero to connect, to ground, and to acknowledge both your tinana and your wairua.
Then I’ll invite you to settle, find comfort, and allow your breath to meet this space.
This isn’t about forcing you past a pain threshold or taking you to your edge. I’m not here to hurt you, to push, or to break you.
I’m here to gently guide you with breath, presence, and aroha into a natural flow that honours your body, your spirit, and your timing.
For some people, the journey feels soft with light pressure, gentle movements, and subtle adjustments. You may notice your body begin to sigh and release as tension melts away.
You might sense a loosening or a gentle unwinding as energy begins to move freely again.
For others, the work can touch deeper layers of body, mind, and spirit.
What surfaces may be stored stress, emotion, or even ancestral weight. Sometimes it feels intense, a stirring of energy or emotion, but it is never hurt for the sake of pain.
It is something being seen, held, and shifted.
When Romiromi is done with care, respect, and openness, people often describe feeling lighter, freer, and more connected. Less burdened, more grounded, and more themselves.
When we finish, we pause. We honour what has taken place. I will invite you to rest, breathe, and maybe spend time in nature to allow everything to settle and integrate.
This practice is not Mirimiri or massage, you remain clothed the whole session.
It is a re-alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
It is a gentle path of healing, a return to your mauri, your life force, in your own time.
If you choose to come in, I will meet you with respect, aroha, and deep honour as you walk this healing journey.
