To be eligible you must be a NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident, who resides in the Southland, Queenstown, Glenorchy, Arrowtown, Tapanui, Heriot area; over the age of 25 years, and studying full-time at a NZQA Institution. To be eligible you must be a NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident - reside in the Southland area (including Queenstown, Glenorchy, Arrowtown, Tapanui or Heriot) preferably over 2 years, over 25 years, and studying full-time at a NZQA institution.
