We’ve made a few little timetable tweaks this term:
🤍 With Kaitlin off enjoying maternity leave, Anna is back on the tools (for a limited time!), taking our Mums & Bubs Pilates Blend – now on Tuesday mornings
🧘♀️ Neeshma’s Mums & Bubs Yoga has moved to Thursday mornings
There really is something for everyone this term:
🌿 Pregnancy yoga & Pilates to support your changing body and prepare for birth
👶 Mums & bubs classes where babies (and kids of all ages!) are always welcome – no need to stress about childcare
✨ Saturday morning yoga – the perfect gentle reset to start your weekend
