If you need time to reset, come home to your self then I can really recommend this retreat. I have attended a few of Katie’s 8 week Mindful courses and day silent retreats. I encourage you to enrol straight away if you are called to take time out for your self. I am silently very excited 🥰🤣🤣🤣

Experience this wellbeing and contemplative weekend in a beautiful environment at Moanariri, surrounded by native plantings, bush, farmland and the sea. Just as the tides ebb and flow, a woman’s body, mind and soul are forever growing and evolving like the constantly changing landscape. On this retreat you will learn skills for wellbeing and ways to nourish the body and mind.
With Katie, take the opportunity for contemplative walks, meditation, time out and sharing women’s wisdom. And gather with Kristin in the kitchen to prepare nourishing nutritional whole foods that are easy to prepare and make at home. This retreat is about YOU, for YOU,- putting YOU first so you can care for those you love and work with
Moanariri is a new home style retreat overlooking the wild South Otago Coastline. There are 85 acres of pastural land and native bush to explore, with coastal and bush walks available which allow time and space to sit and meditate. There are cosy individual bedroom spaces and shared bathroom facilities between three.

Time: Arrive from 3.00pm Friday ending at 2.00pm Sunday
What to bring: An open heart, water bottle, loose layers of clothes for inside and outside, jacket and hat, good walking boots or shoes and inside slippers, blanket, pillow, knapsack, and journal.
