Hey guys and gals....trying to get ahold of everyone as I can but I have had a hiccup in my week and am having to shuffle a few appointments. My apologies.
Will be in touch with everyone as promptly as I can manage to get my brain to focus.

If you have an appointment today or tomorrow... I apologize now I am doing my best to shuffle every thing and accommodate as many of you as I can without pushing myself over the edge.

Yeeeeha! So grateful that today is Wednesday — my official rest day 🧘‍♀️✨ I make sure to take at least one day each week to recharge my batteries and step away from the massage table.

Of course, I usually still end up doing a little something for my business or personal growth (what can I say, it’s hard to turn off that drive 😅)... but slowing down and resetting makes all the difference.

How often do you take time to recharge your energy?

I’m returning to the office today after being unwell last week. Thank you to those who were patient and understanding during my absence. I’ll be following up with everyone who was affected as soon as I can. As I’m still recovering, please be mindful that my capacity is limited, and I appreciate your continued patience.
I know that it is school holidays and so if your children are sick or unwell in any form please reschedule your appointment 24hrs beforehand if it is possible.
