With just over 5 weeks till Christmas our final 4 week series of Stay Strong & Steady Balclutha Strength & Balance Classes is starting:
Monday 24th November 1pm Johns, 7 High Street, Balclutha.

- Are you worried about your balance or have had a fall?
Stay Strong & Steady Balclutha is a community Strength & Balance class targeted at older adults aged 65 years or older (or 55 years or older for Māori & Pasifika) but is open to anyone who has concerns about their bone health, strength & balance or is at risk of a fall.
This Level 2 class is led by a Physiotherapist who is an ACC approved Strength & Balance program provider under the Live Stronger For Longer Falls & Fracture Prevention network. www.livestronger.org.nz
