I recently underwent major abdominal surgery after discovering a 16 cm ovarian cyst and multiple large fibroids, which ultimately led to an unexpected hysterectomy. What followed was something I can only describe as a miraculous recovery - and it was not by accident.
I prepared for this experience energetically, mentally, and physically weeks before stepping into hospital. With my background in herbal medicine and nutrition, I brought my own support systems with me, knowing hospital food alone would not meet my bodyโs needs for healing. High protein, nourishing fats, and intentional supplementation were part of my plan.
For six weeks before and after surgery I worked with Aura-Soma to support my energetic field. I also used energetic healing techniques on myself - tools I may no longer use with clients but still trust deeply in my own life.
While others around me were passively accepting every medication offered, I stayed present and self-aware, only taking what my body truly needed. I spent long hours in a noisy ward with earplugs, an eye mask, and my own mind magic - regulating my nervous system and directing my thoughts toward healing.
Strangely, I loved the surgery experience. I saw it as symbolic. A release. An upgrade. Out with the old and into a new chapter.
When emotions surfaced, I didnโt suppress them. I witnessed them, held them compassionately, and allowed them to move through me. I stayed mindful of everything: what I ate, what I consumed emotionally, the energy of the people around me, and the thoughts I chose to entertain.
I felt deep gratitude for my surgeon, the nurses, and the extraordinary skill inside the operating theatre. Gratitude, as I teach, opens the door to more ease and more miracles.
I had already programmed my subconscious mind to expect a smooth, safe, and even beautiful experience. I felt no fear, only curiosity and excitement. As a tarot reader, I know every card has two sides, and we get to choose which side we live from.
