Hawaiki Natives Aotearoa is proud to announce our collaboration with Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tamawhariua.
Together, we will be delivering a Butchery Skills Wānanga, designed to uplift and upskill our ringawera, kitchen hands, and kai champion's within our hāpori but more importantly our Marae.
This kaupapa is all about strengthening capability, honouring mātauranga passed down from our elders, and ensuring our people have access to practical, empowering skills that support manaakitanga at every level.
We are excited to walk alongside Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tamawhariua to bring this opportunity to life for our whānau across our 3 Marae.
