First Day Reflections – Bops Rongoā for You

Today marked the beginning of a new chapter in my healing journey, as I stepped into mahi under my own kaupapa — Rongoā for You. It was a day filled with purpose, guided by the spirit of my tūpuna and a deep commitment to whānau wellbeing.

I spent the day crafting a range of healing products:

• Mamaku Moisturiser – soothing and hydrating, drawn from the strength of native fern
• Kawakawa & Angiangi Healing Oil – a forest-scented balm for restoration and calm
• Wairakau and Tinctures – liquid rongoā infused with whakapapa and intention

These taonga are available in:

• 120 ml jars – $40
• 60 ml jars – $20

It’s a humble beginning, but one rooted in aroha, ancestral knowledge, and a vision for whānau to thrive. I’m grateful to the whenua, the rākau rongoā, and the hands that guide this mahi.
