Something lovely happening in Kaikohe this weekend - and it's FREE! 🌟

The Northland Holistic Expo is on Saturday 28 & Sunday 29 March, 9am–4pm at the Memorial Hall, 13 Memorial Drive, Kaikohe.

It's a beautiful gathering of healers, practitioners, and wellness providers from around the region - energy healing, psychic guidance, massage, crystals, intuitive readings, and more.

Interactive talks on Saturday, and food and coffee available all weekend.

I won't have a stall myself (I'll be going as a visitor), but I wanted to make sure you knew about it - it's the kind of event that genuinely feeds your soul. 💛

Goodness, where has the time gone – the Kerikeri Holistic Expo is THIS weekend 🤩

I’m honestly so excited. And slightly overwhelmed... in a good way!

The lineup of stallholders is incredible. There are so many amazing practitioners, talks, and interactive experiences that I almost wish I could wander around all day instead of having a stall!

But I’ll be there all weekend – with Reiki mini sessions, ozone nasal insufflation sessions, my self-love eBook bundle, and lots of good chats.

There’s yummy food, coffee on Saturday morning and all day Sunday, and a fantastic lineup of free talks.

If you’re local, please come along and say hello. I’ve spent two full days preparing (and I’m still not finished 😅) and I would LOVE to see some familiar faces.

I’m doing something special for Chinese New Year this year, and I wanted to share it with you in case it feels right for you too 💖

The Lunar New Year - the Year of the Fire Horse - begins on Tuesday 17th, so on Monday night (New Year’s Eve) I’m creating a little ritual - a fire and water ceremony.

First, I’ll write down the limiting belief that’s been holding me back. Then I’ll safely burn the paper 🔥 and say, “Thank you for what you taught me. I release you.”

Once the space feels clear, I’ll move straight into the water ritual 💧

I’ll write one simple intention for what I want to manifest this year. I’ll place the paper under a glass of Reiki’d water, repeat the intention three times, and then drink it slowly to embody the energy of it.

Fire to clear.
Water to receive.
Honest and intentional. 💫

If you feel like gently resetting your energy as we step into this new cycle, this is such a beautiful way to do it ✨
