The elephant in the room is…

I was set to move, but that shift fell through. And the universe is keeping me in the space.

I felt panicked at the rising rent price, so when a new spot became available I was excited for the opportunity to avoid the stress of it all.
So many businesses in the area have moved on, that that shows what we are up against, a sad reality.

But 2026 we are here, staying put. Going with the flow and seeing what happens.

However I am in the space only 8 hours of classes a week so there’s lots of time for others to come use Numi.

If you’re looking for a work space, a place to hold classes, a room for an office etc etc get in touch for a chat.

In September me and my amazing friend .oliver joined together to host our retreat Nurture & Nourish at

As soon as I walked into the space, I raced around speechless. Kula is BEAUTIFUL. The most gorgeous space to be cocooned in for a weekend of wellness.

In April we return.

From now until the end of February we have a special running, book a spot and recommend a spot to a friend and you both receive $100 off, which is pretty awesome when a whole weekend of food, movement and good times can be had for just $890 pp in a bunk room.

So calling all who fancy 2026 as the year WE retreat.

Two weeks of nomadic fun.
Salty curls and sandy toes.

I appreciate the patience over the break .. I know lots are after a class at this time, but space holders burn the heck out if we don’t fill the cup.

So I’m back tonight with fresh energy and possibly washed hair.

I have spent the entire weekend planning and attempting to film a little clip of simple grounding techniques..

It was a horrendous waste of time.
I’m clearly not a content creator.

If you would like to do some simple grounding techniques with me, just visit me in the studio, or gym, or the free monthly class.
I promise it will be a lot nicer than from the end of your phone.
