A new introduction!
I am excited and nervous to write this email/post today.
Many of you have known me for a long time, and are familiar with what I do, but the truth is that I have been struggling for a while to articulate and explain what it is exactly that I do!
When people asked me the simple question: “What do you do?” I often didn’t know what to answer (has that ever happened to you?).
I think one of the reasons it has always been so difficult for me, was because when I started my business, I simply followed my gut and passion to help others, and I didn’t really plan a whole business strategy.
So in the last few weeks, I worked intensively to better understand not only my business, my superpowers and my purpose, but also who I am most passionate about working with and what transformational journey I can offer.
After much work, soul searching, research and self-reflection, I am finally ready to answer the question: “What do you do?”
I like to think of it as a new introduction between us. Hi, nice to meet you,I understand what it feels like to be the odd one out and not feel like I belong there. To not be that confident person in control of my own destiny but only sitting back and watching other people live and control their lives. Through my own personal life challenges, I discovered that I already had all the power inside of me. Once I stopped waiting for others to grant me permission to use my own personal power, I started to EMPOWER MYSELF-”
I started a journey of Self discovery, I started to read , attend workshops and really experience yjese methods before deciding to train in multiple methodologies, I become an International NLP (Neurological Linguistic Programming) Trainer, Strategic Invention Coach, -experienced and trained in multiple methodologies from Psych-K, Hypnotherapy, Multiple Brain Integration Technique (mBIT) Coach ,Time Line Therapy and more.
This journey led me to my overseas adventure travelling to over 42 country and working in over 16 countries.
On returning home I created, The Soul Pattern Method , which provides professional and educational Soul-focused workshops. Delivered through hands-on practice, coaching, mentoring and experiencing other personal development programs.
