We are very excited to announce that osteopath Val Wright will be practicing from Sun and Moon. Val is very experienced and brings her background in nursing and rural health to her practice. Val will start at Sun and Moon on the 15th November

I am very pleased to announce that we have an acupuncturist joining the team of practitioners at Sun and Moon. 😀 It has always been part of my vision in having a holistic wellbeing hub for the community to have acupuncture on offer....

Emily Taylor has a 4 year Bachelor of Health Science (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and is a registered ACC provider for Acupuncture. Emily has a passion for holistic wellbeing, physical/mental/emotional/soul and also offers intuitive healing and psychic counselling

Midwinter
We are in the thick of winter….
I hope you are keeping as warm and well and happy as you can be.
We may not be able to migrate or hibernate but we can do yoga !

Term 3
Yoga classes start back next week 14th July

There are 11 weeks in the school term but we will have a 10 week term as I will be away for a week

Class times:

Monday evening 5.45- 7.00 [ note class time change ]
Tuesday evening 5.10-6.15 & 6.30- 7.45
Wednesday morning 9.15-10.30
Thursday morning [ chair yoga ] 9.15-10.30

$150 / term fee or $18 / casual class fee
