Hello, beautiful souls! Welcome to the weekend! Although it seems a bit breezy, the weather is pleasant, so let’s get started and explore the wonders of Carnelian.

Carnelian, a vibrant red-orange semi-precious gemstone, has held immense value for over 6,500 years. Ancient civilizations across the globe have cherished it for its beauty, durability, and symbolic significance. The earliest known uses of carnelian can be traced back to the Neolithic period (4th-5th millennium BCE), where it was discovered in regions like Mehrgarh in modern-day Pakistan and the Indus Valley Civilization. In these regions, carnelian was meticulously crafted into beads and extensively traded to Mesopotamia and Egypt. Renowned as the “sunset stone,” carnelian held deep spiritual connections to the sun god Ra and the goddess Isis. It was widely used in jewelry and amulets, often placed in the tombs of the deceased, including the famous King Tutankhamun, to guide them on their journey to the afterlife and provide protection. Architects also incorporated carnelian into their designs to signify their rank and status. Good morning, beautiful souls! Are you still struggling to comprehend the arrival of November? It’s time to take a moment, pause, and breathe in and out. Sometimes, this time of the year seems to accelerate everything, and we need to slow down to accomplish our tasks without adding unnecessary stress. Meditation helps us achieve this by slowing down, breathing, and relaxing.

To assist us in this process, let’s explore the wonders of Muscovite Mica!
