🌿Re grow from seed & koha onto other whanau
(Plant would of cost $14 if you germanate from seed it's FREE!) You & your whanau will have year round free fruit to harvest!🤩
🌿Preserve & bottle the fruit
🌿Make pickles & chutneys
🌿Do some delicious baking
🌿Healthy smoothies
💚💚When growing fruit trees you allow them 3 years to grow so all the growth energy goes into growing the trunck of the tree so it's strong enough to hold the weight of the fruit & you get a better yield of your fruit.🥰

🌿Thankful to the Tararua Health Group Hospital for allowing us to do our lesson in the birthing room....

🌿Then we went to Te Kete Hauora Manawanui room by the beautiful Tahana Paewai who graduated with her masters in Toi Māori.🤩🥳
Our wahine had the opportunity to make a uku ipu whenua for their pēpi placenta.
💜Then a beautiful kai at Te Kete Hauora with our hapū whanau sewing their pēpi sheet & blankets for their wahakura mattress they made last week with Hakui Ataneta Paewai.

🌿Reflecting on completing day #1 cleaning up & ready for day #2 today.
🌿As I complete my first practical session on teaching my first class for my childbirth qualification with the awhi from Kelz.
🌿 I was pretty nervous but fully tau with the oranga this will bring to my 💚Whanau💚Hapu💚Iwi💚Community.
🌿Also massive mihi to my beautiful neice Te Reita for your awhi & who is in her 1st year midwifery studies how lucky are we to have our own up & coming midwife & childbirth educator. 💚💚💚

🌿1st day of our Hapū Ora Wānanga ki Aorangi Marae we have 7 beautiful hapū wahine with their whanau.
🌿Beautiful haerenga yesterday exploring how our tipuna birthed, anatomy of a hapū wahine, 3 stages of labour, taonga puoro & a good kanikani.
🌿Thankful for the amazing Kelly Anne who has traveled from Waikato who is a leading Māori childbirth educator in Aotearoa, my cuzzie Kiri cooking some amazing kai for our whanau attending, our 3 beautiful wahine doing Mirimiri & Access Concious bars.

🌿💚Such a cool vibe alongside Raukawa she's an artist in the Art Gallery & Iata Tā Moko artist from Nui & Te Whanau Apanui so getting some mahi done next time your in Otaki!🙌
🌿💚☀️Whiti mai te rā was out, sound of all our tamariki with their matua lol!😂 meet so many different people. What a cool day!
🌿💚Finished my night off with Tāonga Pūoro meditation by cousin Jerome honestly this is living the mahi aroha dream! Came home & Hine Marama was so bright & beautiful!🌜
