I’m officially on the other side of my recovery from wrist surgery 🙌 and it’s just a few short weeks until I’m cleared to get back into it! I can’t wait to see you all again and help you feel your best.

Hey everyone! 👋 For those of you who are new here or who’ve been with me for a while, I thought it was time for a little reintroduction.

I’m Tamee, a clinical massage therapist based here in Levin, with 8 years of experience helping clients find relief from pain and balance through therapeutic, sports and relaxation massage.

I’m also a certified personal trainer and health coach, passionate about guiding you towards a healthier, stronger, and more vibrant life.

Just an Update to all my clients as I have had many ask when clinic is back open.🥰
As you can see my wrist has almost returned to its full range. However! It is not quite able to get to full flexion or extension required for Massage Therapy. Sadly this means that Reset Wellness will be reopening approx mid May 🤞🏻once given full clearance.

As the saying goes, time heals all wounds and I will be back on board very soon.

I have opened bookings from June so feel free to start booking ahead.
