Hi, I’m Coach P — mum, trainer, women’s health and hormone specialist, chocolate lover, and proud dog mum to Mouse the Rottweiler and Tui the Mastiff.
For the past 15 years, I’ve helped women build strength, confidence, and real long-term results. I’ve seen how hormones, stress, exhaustion, and life changes make health and fitness feel harder than it should — especially as we move through perimenopause and menopause.
That’s why I created this app — so you don’t have to keep guessing. So you can access science-backed training, hormone-smart coaching, and The Menopause Method by Coach P, all in one place.
Why I Built This App
Because women aren’t failing — they’re often just following training and nutrition advice that wasn’t designed for their bodies.
