This one feels really special.

I’ve been invited to have my work highlighted by Awa Wāhine for their Waru | Issue 8 launch, sharing a piece titled:

“Mana Wahine Through Menopause: Thriving, Not Just Surviving.”

To have my voice, my work, and my passion for supporting our woman through perimenopause and menopause recognised in this way honestly means so much.

For so long, women have been told to push through, put up with it, or accept feeling flat, uncomfortable, and disconnected from their bodies.
I’m committed to changing that narrative.

Women deserve:

Today was one of the biggest highlights of my entire year.

I jumped on a jet ski with my girl, Liv, and we shot out into the deep ocean — massive waves, salty spray, donuts, huge jumps… and this feeling of excitement I haven’t felt in a long time.

Somewhere between the speed, the laughter, and the adrenaline, something in me switched back on.

I felt alive again.
I felt excited.
I felt like ME again.

It reminded me that stepping into something new — something a little scary, a little exhilarating — is sometimes exactly what your soul has been waiting for.

Here’s to more big waves.
More bold choices.
More moments that remind you you’re still here, still strong, and still capable of incredible things. 💜✨

WEAR THE BIKINI..
I’m sitting here in Raro with my girl, and today she told me she wanted to wear her bikini… but wasn’t sure about it.

And it sparked one of those heart conversations — the ones that remind you what really matters.

I told her what I tell every woman I coach:

✨ Confidence isn’t an action — it’s a feeling.
✨ Every single body is different, and every single body is beautiful.
✨ Your body deserves gratitude for everything it carries you through.
✨ Insecurity is human — but it should never be the thing that steals your life.

So here I am… posting a bikini photo.
Not because I feel 100%.
Not because I don’t have insecurities.
But because I’m proud of this body and what it allows me to do, every damn day.

Yes — I thought twice, three times, four times about posting it.
Worried about judgment.
Worried about how I’d be looked at.
Worried about the usual bu****it.

But you know what?

F that.

Wear the togs.
Wear the bikini.
Wear the shorts.
Wear the bloody birthday suit if you want to.

Don’t let the fear of what someone might think rob you of sunsets, swims, laughter, adventures, memories with your babies, and a life you actually feel alive in.

Your body is not the problem.
The fear is.

And today we’re done feeding it.
