I joined the team as Receptionist in Dec 2025 and have loved getting to know our whānau, clients, and community members. Every day, I aim to make everyone feel valued, supported, and comfortable when they reach out or visit."

When you enter our whare hauora, Karol is the first face you will see. Behind the scenes, she is the creative force behind all of our digital art and keeps our online presence and social media up to date. She is incredibly talented and we know she is going to go far!

MEET THE TEAM - Alex 💚🌿

"I whānau mai ahau ki raro i tōku maunga kuia, ko Pīhanga!", ā, he uri ahau nō Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Tapuika, Te Aitanga-a-Hauiti me Kāi Tahu.

Ko Alexandra McCulloch tōku ingoa, founder and Rongoā Māori practioner behind Mamaeroa. Raised closely with my whānau and the whenua, this has shaped the way I understand Rongoā, identity and belonging. I support others to reconnect and remember who they are through whakapapa, the taiao and tinana.

I have been doing body work since 2006, providing Rongoā since 2014 and Mamaeroa was established in 2023. In this space, my passion is whakapapa, which underpins everything I do.
