Meet the team - Hope 💚

"Kia ora, my name is Hope. I whakapapa to Ngāpuhi and Te Waiariki, Ngāti Kororā, and I also have Pākehā heritage. I grew up in Porirua, which has played a big part in shaping who I am and the values I bring into my work.

I work in business administration and support a range of behind-the-scenes operations, helping things run smoothly wherever needed. I enjoy being part of the practical side of things and take pride in being reliable, organised, and adaptable.

Alongside this, I am also studying Rongoā Māori, which has become a meaningful part of both my personal and professional journey. Through learning and applying Rongoā, I have been able to support my own healing journey, deepening my understanding of wellbeing, connection, and holistic care.

I aim to bring a grounded, genuine approach to everything I do — combining professionalism with heart, and always valuing connection, respect, and authenticity."

MEET THE TEAM - Karol 💚

"Kia ora & Talofa lava, Ko Ngāti Porou te iwi, Ko Paerauta (Tutua) te marae,Ko Pukeamaru te maunga, Ko Horouta te waka, Ko Karakatuwhero te awa. O le nu’u o la’u Grandmother o Safotu, O le nu’u o la’u Grandfather o Safune. Ko Karol Jane Fa’asina Mamea-Crawford toku ingoa.

I joined the team as Receptionist in Dec 2025 and have loved getting to know our whānau, clients, and community members. Every day, I aim to make everyone feel valued, supported, and comfortable when they reach out or visit."

When you enter our whare hauora, Karol is the first face you will see. Behind the scenes, she is the creative force behind all of our digital art and keeps our online presence and social media up to date. She is incredibly talented and we know she is going to go far!
