COVID-19 often causes problems with breathing and it has been found that lying in different positions can help. Changing position regularly can also make it easier to breathe. Learn how to change your body position.

Level 2 here we come! Wednesday 8th September we will be back in the clinic...with a few changes to keep us all safe.

😷 Masks are mandatory to enter the clinic and for the duration of your appointment. All our staff will be wearing masks.

📥 Scanning the Covid tracker app is mandatory. Please bring your cellphone. For the few that don't have cellphones we will manually record your details. Please use the app though, this takes the pressure off us having to write down details when we will be busy. Please, if you can just attend yourself for your appointment. Unless, you are a caregiver attending with someone that requires one.

🧴Please remember to use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter and leave the clinic.

↔️ 2 metre social distancing is required in the waiting room. We will have another waiting room off to the side so we keep social distancing rules.

🤧 If you are sick or showing any flu or cold like symptoms please stay home and call to reschedule your appointment. We will be asking you health screening questions prior to your appointment.

💰We do have Paywave and will be encouraging everyone to use this for payment.

⏰ Please be on time for your appointment not too early and not late. Unless otherwise asked to do so. We ask this so we can reduce crossover of patients in the clinic.

🧽 Our Covid Cleaning protocols will be in place.

Max is a new Graduate just starting his physio career. He is passionate about Physical activity and health and has a wide range of knowledge and skills.
