When Sarah first came to us, she was carrying more than just weight - she was carrying self-doubt, low confidence, and the challenges of navigating complex health issues. Building a healthier relationship with food felt overwhelming, but she showed up anyway. Step by step, she chose herself.

Today, Sarah is 17.8kg down and an incredible 43cm lost - but what truly shines is her confidence. She’s stronger, happier, and feeling great in her own skin.
