Last Thursday at the Taradale Club Debbie had the pleasure of joining forces with Julie from Multiple Sclerosis Hawke’s Bay to host an Expo — and what a great morning it was!
A big thank you to the wonderful Lesley from Easie Living, who gave an informative presentation on Falls Prevention and showcased a range of helpful equipment and gadgets designed to make daily life a little easier.
Lesley also supports people with their Lotteries grant applications and shared information for those applying for larger pieces of equipment.
The event was a great mix of information, socialising, and shopping! The Taradale Club was the perfect venue with its accessible facilities, friendly staff, and a delicious lunch for those who stayed on to relax and connect.
Thanks to everyone who came along and made the day so enjoyable! 💙

We have the hydrotherapy pool booked for MDA Central members on Thursday, 20th March between 6:00 - 7:00pm.

Venue: Kilbirnie Hydrotherapy Pool, *** PLEASE use the Evans Bay Parade entrance *** Cost: Free for MDA members, $10.00 for non-members. RSVP: Please let Francesca know if you’re coming along. To meet health and safety requirements, we ask that you please provide an emergency contact name and number and any condition specific information that you would like to share, which may be relevant to the hydrotherapy session.
