Appointments are now open for March 2026! If you are planning ahead for your pelvic health goals next year, book soon to secure a time that suits you. 🌿

This is especially important for post-partum recovery. I usually see women around 6–8 weeks after their baby is born, so it is best to book in advance based on your due date.

Supporting women through every stage of life with their pelvic health. 🤍

The pelvic floor doesn’t just respond to posture, movement or hormones. It responds to the nervous system too.

When stress or trauma builds, these muscles can stay overactive. Often I find that during a pelvic health physiotherapy treatment, a somatic release may occur for women. A physical and emotional unwinding, as the body finally feels safe to let go.

It is not “in your head.” It’s a real neurophysiological response.

For some, especially those who have experienced trauma, this can feel intense (which is why feeling safe always has to come first). But often it is the women who hold it all together: the carers, the fixers, the ones who put themselves last, who benefit most. Their bodies finally exhale and this is where the healing really begins. 🌿

The healthier your body, the more alive your libido feels.

I talk to women every day about s*x and desire. There are so many factors that influence it: hormones, sleep, stress, pain, medication, mindset, and pelvic comfort.

In pelvic health, libido is a window into overall wellbeing. When it’s low, it is often your body’s way of whispering that something is out of balance. When it is high, it is a sign that hormonal, pelvic and nervous systems are working together.

So I have to agree with this one, when your body is balanced, your energy, confidence, and connection all rise.

Your body always talks to you and a healthy libido is one of its love languages 💋❤️

You have had the tests and investigations.
The scans.
Even the vaginal exams.
And yet…the pain is still there.

That is because pelvic pain is rarely just about the pelvic floor. It is a whole-body story about breath, fluids, diet, movement, emotions, stress, hormones, and how your body protects you.

When we look at the full picture, you can finally start to understand your pain and learn how to calm it.

Awareness and movement coordination are at the heart of pelvic floor health.

When the breath, diaphragm, and pelvic floor work together, function improves and symptoms ease.

Small changes in breath and connection can shift everything.

You have been doing the work. Breathing, strengthening, showing up, but your prolapse still feels the same.

It is not your fault. Your body might just be asking for something different. 🌿

Sometimes what’s missing isn’t your effort, it is balance in your hormones, rest, nervous system, and the support around you.

💌 If this resonates, reach out…you don’t have to figure it out alone.
