We are committed to any follow-up service or advice that may be required after you have received your product to ensure we have helped improve your quality of life. We encourage a family member or support person to accompany you if needed to make the process more comfortable for you. We also offer referrals to specialists if needed. In your initial free consultation you will receive an assessment and quote from one of our clinicians. They will provide you with the information you need to understand your options for immediate, complete, and partial dentures.

After that you have 5 main appointments.
1. First Impression
2. Second Impression
3. Try In
4. Final Fitting
5. Follow Up

These appointments can take place over the span of 2 to 5 weeks. However, there might be additional appointments to make any needed adjustments.

Our clinics will be closed 22nd Dec and reopen 12th Jan. Lower Hutt clinic will reopen 5th Jan.

Please call to schedule an appointment as our clinicians are experiencing a higher volume of patient care before the new year. Repair walk-ins must see a clinician for assessment of dentures. Repair turnaround times vary between 24-72 hours.

Fact: Dentures are designed to look like your natural gums and teeth—and if they ever feel uncomfortable, they can be relined to improve the fit.

Though dentures are made from hard acrylic material, they’re crafted from an impression of your mouth. This means they’re shaped to fit snugly against your gums, helping you chew, talk, and smile with confidence. If discomfort arises, a reline (hard or soft) refreshes the inside of the denture with a new impression so it fits properly again.

What’s a denture reline and why might you need one?

Over time, your gums and jawbone can subtly change shape. That’s completely normal, but it can make your dentures feel loose or less secure. A reline refreshes the inner surface of your denture (the part that touches your gums) to improve the fit and comfort.

It doesn’t change the look of your teeth, it simply helps your dentures sit snugly and comfortably, just like they should.

If your dentures are slipping, rubbing, or just not feeling right, a reline might be the gentle adjustment that makes all the difference.
