HOW ARE YOU TODAY?
There is no such thing as one program for all, how do we best help our client's? our fitness is not about getting to the gym, hitting the cardio and weights with vengeance and crawling home, you can look really good but be very unfit.
True fitness is fuelling the body, the mind and the soul, listening to what the body needs, recovery and rest is just as important as activity, it is only in rest and sleep that we heal.
We need to meet our clients where they are at and how they present to us at any given time, this is a stressful time of year, we need to uplift our clients as life and demands are soaking up energy levels so ask the questions?
Did you sleep well, are you hydrating, eating nourishing food? or are your burning the candle at both ends, how can I best help you today?
There are times we need to push and motivate but we also need to be caring, compassionate and above all listen!
