I did one of my undergrad quals in naturopathy... and along with being a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, and Accredited Sports Nutritionist, I'm also a Registered Naturopath & Medical Herbalist.
And if I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times; Naturopaths need to embrace the scientific method and stop with the contrarian conspiracies.
I'm a scientist with a PhD in nutrition, and I don't think there's any conflict between holism (treating the whole person) and treatments guided by high-quality scientific evidence.
Naturopaths need to reject the pseudoscientific garbage of things like Hair Testing, Live Blood Analysis, and other unproven or disproven tests and interventions.
Our first precept is to 'Do No Harm'.
And yet, unreliable or disproven tests harm our clients...
They harm their wallets...
They harm their psyche by scaring them about 'problems' that may not even exist.
S**t or get off the pot. If naturopaths want to achieve the credibility they crave, they need to step up and understand evidence-based practice.
And the best naturopaths do this.

Workouts don't need to be long to be effective.
This is a workout from my HIT Made Better program in 'Coached by Cliff.'
It takes the 'Heavy Duty' style of training and modifies it not to require all-out failure all the time (but you can still max out!) and adds backoff sets to increase volume for hypertrophy. Simple. Time-effective.
This is just one example of the many ways that you can train.
