Having no expectations of a situation or event can be tricky especially if social events can cause anxiety, sweating, heart race, headaches & make you feel not in control.

Follow these tips to navigate this if you find it difficult to 'be'

🌸Breathe - 4 count box breathing or even simply making your exhale longer than your inhale creates calm & presence
🌸Have a handy purse sized bottle/spray of calming herbs & add to a drink or under the tongue
Nica folks - look for my Tranquilo blend
NZ/Aus - DM & can send out
🌸Have a cup of lemon balm or chamomile tea
🌸Shake it off - find a quiet spot and do a body shake to rid excess energy & to reset
🌸Have a little list of handy questions to ask people if your mind goes blank.
