We're over a week into Lockdown, and you're probably noticing the changing wave of thoughts and emotions as you navigate this.
Change can be stressful! (Especially if you're an avid follower of all the updates on the news channels...)
You're welcome to join us for Zoom yoga at 4pm today (Thursday) or 8.45am tomorrow. A wonderful opportunity to get out of your head and into your body.
This week there's no charge for new students. We'll be looking at twists to revitalise your heart and lungs, along with tips to remain calm and centred as we move through the rest of the week.
