I don’t usually post personal photos on here but I know lots of my yogis are keen for an update! Today was meant to be when you arrived, but you had other plans little Leonardo Tevita Kaufusi - our beautiful little Lion man. 2.5 weeks earth side and we’re all very in love. Very grateful for my delish family. Thanks to for the amazing photos xx ❤️

Sunset Yoga TONIGHT! Come soak up the outdoors, strengthen your body & mind, and feel good knowing that taking this time for yourself is also helping a young tamariki fulfill her dream to dance! All proceeds from class will be funding her dance classes for the term.

The weather appears to be raining on our parade again, so we will be indoors tonight everyone. We got a great weekend of sun so can’t really complain! See you all at 7pm. Only two more classes to go for 2024. 🧘🏽‍♀️
