Kia Ora Team Evolve! It’s officially December and we are here for it - Cue Christmas music on every story😬😬😬😉🎄

It’s that time of year again!
We’re collecting toys for local families through our bi-annual Evolve Christmas Give a Little.

If you’d like to help, drop off a new or good-condition toys at Evolve before the 22nd of December.

Please drop your donations under our Christmas tree at the front desk.

We want every child to feel special on Christmas morning, so please donate something you would be happy to gift yourself.

We’re absolutely thrilled to give a massive shout out to two of our superstar members, Cheryl and Holden! 💚

They’ve both been on an incredible journey here at Evolve. Cheryl down 25kgs and son Holden has shed 12kg as well.

Well known around our community for being deaf but this challenge has never stopped them. They show up to classes day in and day out, training with our amazing PT Narnz, and they bring such a great vibe to the gym, always smiling and always pushing their limits. It’s also made our staff and gym community more conscious around sign language and how we communicate with them 🌟

On top of that, both of them stepped out of their comfort zone and absolutely smashed our recent Hyrox comp. They tackled every station and showed us all what determination really looks like.

We love having Cheryl and Holden here at Evolve! Let’s give them some words of encouragement and support them next time you see them around Evolve. They’re proof that no matter what obstacles are in front of you, you can still achieve amazing things 🙏🏼
