Getting my strawberry plants ready now 🍓
I’m keeping them in pots while I use this garden bed for winter veg . Plus it gives them time to establish strong roots before planting out (you’ve got until June/July to do this depending on your climate).

I have heard -from wiser gardeners than me, that saving the first bean pods that grow (in December) gives the best germination and plants for next year. But I am never organised enough to try that!

Store in envelope in cool, dark spot over winter. Make sure you label and date them so you remember!

Four big influences on gut health:
1. 30–40g fibre a day (and ensure good water intake when do, otherwise fibre can be like a plug!). Start slowly to build up.
2. Consistent meal times (within 60–90mins)
