I had such a lovely experience with the wonderful Emma from Pure Healing yesterday! 💆‍♀️✨
We swapped a Bella-Me facial for a Pure healing reflexology session. It was my first reflexology experience ever and I enjoyed every bit!
It was so fascinating to see how intentionally focused the work was on each point and how intune she is to whats going on in the body👣
Emma radiates such positive energy, she's a total vibe 😍 and I really appreciated her knowledge and willingness to share it.
I was left feeling rejuvenated and so grateful for the lovely connections this work brings 🤍

Anyone going down this journey this man has just proven my point over vit D and much more.
So glad to see him doing the research for us.

I've been using Wild Yam Cream for a month and I'm already noticing results.
I'll get more vit D soon now the weather is warming and no I'm not menopause on perimenopause but these issues still apply to us and we need to learn more about how it effects us ladies ❤️

Wanding water? This water is "activated" with frequencies.
This helps the body absorb frequency better and can help with hydration and more. Usually I would use the wand too but today we are doing Reflexology and I know my client always needs a good hydration after my work. 😘
Once you start this water you'll be thirsty for more, you'll notice if you took a few bottles away you would drink the lot very quickly as your body is needing this type of hydration. Your cells will thank you!!
