BEING MINDFUL RETREAT DAY
Saturday 24th October 9.45 - 4.30pm
Flow Pool and Studio, Methven
Join us for this workshop on "BEING MINDFUL".
The day will include Yoga, Meditation, a delicious vegan lunch and use of Pool, Spa and Sauna at this beautiful venue in Mid-Canterbury.
You will be guided by two professionals. Lisa; experienced and inspiring Yoga instructor, and Sara; Psychotherapist and Meditation guide. Both have been working in their fields of practice for over 10 years, and have extensive experience and enthusiasm to bring and share at this workshop, providing a safe emotional space.
No previous experience in yoga/mediation required.
This Being Mindful course is designed to help you:
*EXPERIENCE the powerful effects of connecting with your breath and feel a greater awareness of your body
*TUNE IN to your own thoughts feelings and emotions with a sense of gratitude, love and acceptance
*FEEL A SENSE OF CALM as we move and meditate with Mindfulness; stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.
