BEGINNERS YOGA 5.30 MONDAY
All Welcome; this class is suitable for complete beginners or anyone wanting a slower-paced yoga class with lots of options to suit your body.
Breathwork and movement to help you feel more connected to your mind and body; increasing mobility and reducing tension and tightness.
You will be encouraged to move within your own level of comfort.
Turn up as you are, and have a go!
All mats and props provided for your convenience.
