Jan-Maree has over 25 years experience in the natural health industry and is always there to help and support your needs. We now stock a comprehensive range of mobility equipment, from wheelchairs to walking sticks. Plain Health is the best place to visit when a lifting of spirits is required, also to take care of your health and for all your mobility needs.

Hello everyone. Thank you all so much for the support for the first day of trading under Level 3. Its been a learning process for us all but we will all get there if we keep trying.

You can prepay over the phone or we offer contactless payment in the front section of the store at the pick up point.
We are also during Level 3 offering free delivery within the Mosgiel area.

Shop physical Hours during Level 3 are from 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday & 10.00am to 1.00pm Saturday
We will be available by telephone anytime outside of these hours.
