Give your body time space and attention?
But what does this even mean?
Well to me it’s to live through your senses so you are present with whatever you are experiencing
This might look like
-feeling the dirt between your fingers as you garden in your flow state
-hearing music that makes you emotional or happy
-seeing yourself cry in a mirror or not turning away from an uncomfortable image
- smelling the sea spray and letting it take you back to a specific childhood memory
-tasting your morning coffee and acknowledging the hard night you just had with your child.
By fostering a connection with your body through your senses you create a safe space for your body to heal.
