*Dance therapy & Somatic dance experience I've been passionate about all forms of dance since a young age and am especially drawn to expressive dance or "free form dance" as it's so fun, liberating and less structured than traditional choreographed classes. Having gained my White Belt in Nia Dance in 2019 and completing several dance therapy workshops I bring my varied experience and passion to bring you an eclectic style of dance to my sessions. Having family members with additional learning needs, I'm also very passionate about providing a safe & inclusive space for people of all abilities to express themselves through dance and movement. Heart Flow is a combination of my passions. An eclectic mix of wellbeing gatherings, expressive dance, meditation. Workshops/Retreats.
