Alice studied at the European School of Osteopathy situated in the lovely Kent countryside of England.
After graduating in 2013, she returned to her home country, France, and worked in the french Alps for a year.
She then decided to be adventurous and fly all the way across the world to New Zealand.
Originally intended to be a short stay, she found herself attached to this beautiful country, probaly thanks to the fact that she was lucky enough to land in Tauranga.
New Zealand's lifestyle seems to be working perfectly with her needs as she is a keen tramper, surfer and sailor.
As an osteopath, Alice works using a wide variety of techniques, from gentle cranial therapy to strong soft tissue and adjustments, all in order to adapt to patient's unique needs.
She is particularly interested in woman's health at all stages of life, working towards a better appreciation of their body and fitness, especially during challenging times such as pregnancy, post-partum (after delivery) and menopause.
Treating babies is also a special interest because they often are struggling with the aftermath of birth, which is one of the biggest traumas a person will go through during their life.
Alice mostly enjoys the diversity of her profession because we never know who is going to walk in the clinic for treatment, and this challenge is one that keeps the work of osteopath very exciting!
