House Of Harmony

BULGAR YOGA harmoniously integrates yoga with holistic practices and ancient Eastern European wisdom; intuitively delivered classes to serve the needs of the group at the moment. "House Of Harmony" is made to share with you my extended spiritual and art journey and also to welcome you with your experiences. Yoga was the beginning of a new chapter, the beginning of a long spiritual adventure, which took me later to study and practice reiki. It has been an amazing time of learning, meeting my yoga teachers and guru from India, initiations in mantra and spiritual name - "Vidya" (clarity, true knowledge), meeting and being hearty friend with my reiki teacher. The harmony in the nature and within us is a continuous variable. Our striving to keep it and seeking for it are fed by our conscious love to life. Let's lead the harmony within us through yoga, reiki and art and keep looking to find it again and again on our amazing journey - life. Restore and rejuvenate yourself with yoga and reiki. Yoga will be taught in a predisposing pleasant atmosphere at a comfortable pace introducing the person to pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), savasana (relaxation) and meditation. The classes are small and personalized with emphasis on each individual’s needs. Please, note, before to come to class there should be minimum 2 hours since you had a meal. Yoga mats are provided, but could bring your own if you wish. Reiki therapy could be different, depends on the personal needs. Basically it is a healing technique that the therapist can channel energy using hands and reiki symbols to activate the natural healing process of the person's body and help restore the body balance and wellbeing. Reiki massage and White Eagle Healing are offered also. Art & Craft for your creative soul.
