Here are some pictures from our Christmas party (5th December), lots of yummy food, the boys did a great job on the BBQ (even though I forgot to get a new bottle) and some were "extra Charcoal" flavoured

Special thanks to all of our volunteers for coming down and making it such a wonderful day (and especially a great big thank you to Santa)

Soooo results weren't quite right, they awarded Daniel 4th in everything but we didnt think it was right.

Squat 4th place
Bench 4th place and not by much
Dead lift 4th, (2nd actually)
And 4th over all.

We did the math because we were convinced it was wrong, human error and daniel in fact placed 2nd in dead lifts with his pb lift of 182.5kg!!!

Photos below - even the one where they corrected his medal and did a special 2nd place award.

Anyway, we move on! Back into training in the new year and get ready for the next competition.

Its been a long day, its over and now he can have a well deserved rest.

Today started off a bit rough and we missed his squats, be we continued! He got 2/3 of his bench press, cleanest lifts we have seen him do considering they aren't his favourite

From all of us at DTS we would like to thank the team at Hawke's Bay - Fire and Emergency for having us yesterday.

Thank you for sharing fire safety tips, showing us around and thank you to the team for just being awesome!
