✨️Last night Liz and Clare held space for breath, initiation, release, emotion and sharing.
Using breathwork, reiki, light language and Tibetan Bowls they wove a space for participants to listen deeply to themselves 💚
They believe that each breathwork journey is unique, the timing is perfect and even the sticky bits hold learning for us.
So yes, there were moments that were hard, surprising and edgy. The space here at Be Different Studio has been created to hold growth and exploration of those things 🙏🏻
