The last two weeks have been super busy for the Business Incubator crew. More than half of them had a stall at our Arohanui Market on the weekend!
They got to use the work we had done on marketing straight away 😊
I loved sharing tips about types of content and why they work. That turned into a do-able plan for a month's marketing on social media based on their wants and needs.

What an incredible day we had at the Arohanui Market on Saturday.

Jess from Human Connection and I created this event to celebrate something we both care deeply about, community, creativity, and connection, and seeing so many people come through the doors made it really special. It was also a way to celebrate the one year anniversary of Be Different Studio.

To everyone who came along, wandered through the stalls, had conversations, supported local businesses, and spent time in the space a HUGE thank you. Your presence is what makes events like this meaningful.

And to all of the amazing stallholders who showed up with their creativity, passion, and courage to share what they do with the world, we are so grateful you trusted us to create this space for you.

Behind every stall was someone who has poured their heart into what they do, and it was a joy to see those conversations happening throughout the day.

Events like this remind me why I opened Be Different Studio in the first place. My goal was to create space where people can come together, support one another, and build something meaningful as a community.

We’re taking a moment to breathe and reflect on the day, but this may very well be the beginning of something that grows.

Circles are powerful because they show us how we are woven together 🪢
In this Circle when we do an opening share the job is to listen to everyone else and witness them. By doing that we are often bearing witness to pieces of ourselves.
Grief, vulnerability, flatness, half packed suitcases, trauma, celebration and wanting to put our feet in the sea.

This Circle shares the story, the journey, the weight, the privilege of serving others. It also provides a space to just be.
