✨️At Connecting to your Gifts and Guides last night, someone fell asleep in the guided meditation.
I take that as a compliment that they felt relaxed enough in my space to sleep.
I also believe that this was exactly what they needed.
Sometimes, we need to let go of control and receive something to replenish us.
Our Guides are telling us something even when we don't hear a thing ✨️

Mens Group allows time and space for what is emerging.why?
Because men often feel they need to solve everything, fix everything, be everything.
They don't.
Sometimes they need time to explore the unsolved and the unknown. The places they aren't sure and could use some advice.
TBH most of the time just sharing these things is enough - letting it being okay not to have the answer.
