This transformation is more than just a change in physique—it represents years of learning, experimenting with different methods, losing discipline, finding it again, and pushing myself to grow in every area of life.

Bodybuilding has taught me that progress isn’t linear. It takes resilience, patience, and the courage to keep showing up, even when it feels hard. Each year I strive to be better—not only on stage, but as a wife, mum, coach, and businesswoman.

The formula is similar across it all: discipline, consistency, and the determination to find your own rhythm. The journey is challenging, but the rewards go far beyond what’s visible on the surface.

My online client Brittany has absolutely thrived over the past few months! By committing to strength training, giving Pilates a go, and embracing her new lifestyle, she’s completely transformed. Her body composition has shifted drastically, her posture has improved, she’s full of energy, and she feels empowered to keep moving forward 💪🏼.

The people around you are either pushing you forward—or pulling you back.

Surround yourself with those who see more in you than you sometimes see in yourself. People who challenge you, inspire you, support your goals, and remind you who you said you wanted to be.

But be careful:
Stay too long in the wrong environment, and it will convince you to shrink.
Normalize low standards, and soon they become your own.

Your circle should water your roots, not shade your light.
Success isn’t just about hard work—it’s also about who and what you allow in your space.

You choose who you become by the actions you take, day in and day out.

I’m often embarrassed about my past and the lifestyle I used to live. Green V (not sugar-free 😅), ciggies and a cheap sav were my lifeline. The only cardio I did was on a sticky nightclub floor at 1am.

We all go through different stages at different ages—and while I don’t love that chapter, it’s part of the reason I’m here now. It’s taken 15 years of intentional effort, action, and a lot of mistakes, setbacks, and uncomfortable growth along the way.

Every now and then, someone will say “it comes easy to you” or “you make it look effortless.” Maybe it’s because I don’t always share the daily struggles. The truth is, it’s not flashy—it’s quiet and constant.

The version of me you see today? She was built—not born.
If you’re in a place you don’t love right now, please know this:
You don’t have to stay there.
You’re allowed to change.
You’re allowed to grow.
And you’re capable of becoming someone you’re proud of.

The Foundation of Progress 📈

As the holiday season wraps up, I’ve had many conversations with clients about how they’ve been feeling over the past few weeks. For many, the lack of structure and routine disrupted not just their physical progress but also their mental state. They felt “off,” struggled with discipline, and noticed their mood was lower than usual.

And it makes sense. Structure and routine are powerful tools that keep us anchored, especially when we’re chasing goals—whether in fitness, health, or life in general. They help us stay consistent, which is where real results are made.

Consistency isn’t about being perfect; it’s about showing up, even when motivation wanes. It’s about keeping promises to yourself—choosing balance over all-or-nothing thinking.

Over the holidays, routines often fall to the wayside, but that’s not the end of the story. What’s important is acknowledging the impact, resetting, and rebuilding those habits that support your goals.

So, if you’ve been feeling a bit out of sorts lately, you’re not alone. Use this time to re-establish structure in your day, whether it’s meal prepping, setting workout times, or simply creating space for self-care. Small, consistent actions add up.
